Refund policy

At Babybloosem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
